Inspect the energy certificates of buildings in your neighbourhood to see how your own home compares, and get inspired on how to make it more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

🏷️ Spot homes that might be for sale soon

A valid energy certificate is required by law to sell a home in the Netherlands. A new or renewed certificate can therefore be an early sign that a house might come onto the market soon.

About the data

A valid energy label has been legally required when selling, renting out, or transferring a building since 2008. We refresh our copy of this data daily.
